The Lawman Brewery began trading in November 2014. Founded on the simple premise that great beer speaks volumes, the brewery focus is on producing consistent, well-made and interesting beer. Starting with a limited output of two firkins per brew, every sale helped us towards the final goal of opening a bespoke commercial brewery for everyone to enjoy.
At the moment, the brewery is staffed by Craig, and co-directed by Tam Gardiner (of Scotch Whisky Auctions) and Paul McDonagh (landlord of the Bon Accord pub in Glasgow).
The Lawman BrewCo offers the creative freedom to create distinctive, flavoursome beers, using the most exciting British hops, malts and yeast. Our focus is on a creating a stable of core products, packaged in cask, and available year round in any great pub.
The brewery is located less than ten minutes drive from Croy railway station, close to Cumbernauld town centre. We happily encourage anyone interested in saying hello to do so, just let us know by email when you're planning to pop round and the kettle will be ready.
All our artwork is designed by Emma Laurie, Craig's long-suffering sister-in-law, who frequently has to produce new designs based on a single word mumbled down the phone. Follow her on Facebook or find her on Twitter.
